Introduction
BelSnab sells building materials: bricks, blocks, paving slabs, roofing, playgrounds, swimming pools, MAFs and other goods for construction. Clients come from different channels - website, Avito, WhatsApp and Telegram
AmoCRM was already used within the company, and the task was not to change the system, but to strengthen it with a chatbot that would take initial requests, answer questions and bring the conversation to contact
What was needed was not just a bot consultant, but a lead generation tool
Before the bot was launched, all incoming messages were processed manually. Managers spent time on typical questions: price, availability, pallets, delivery, unloading, samples, blocks, bricks, tiles and other recurring topics. Because of this, some requests may not reach the next step, especially if the client wrote in the evening, at night or after hours
The client needed not just a bot consultant, but a lead generation tool. The bot had to answer initial questions, stir up interest, collect initial data, request a phone number, transfer the client to the manager, create a deal in amoCRM and set the task to work. The target for the result was quite specific - the conversion per room was about 32%
Set up a bot to collect quality leads
A chatbot was introduced for BelSnab to initially process requests and obtain phone numbers. The logic was built around the main business goal: not just to respond, but to transfer the client to contact with a manager
The bot advises on building materials, talks about delivery, storage, payment, installments and discounts, answers basic prices for key categories and explains that the exact calculation depends on the volume, delivery address and unloading. It then guides the client to the next step - leaving a phone number for contact and payment

Some clients come with questions about individual purchases or small volumes. In this conversation, the bot explains that sales are coming in batches, gives a clear answer in terms of quantity and at the same time preserves the chance of a deal - it offers to leave a contact for further consultation

The client writes with a simple and typical question regarding the availability of gas silicate blocks. The bot immediately confirms availability, does not delay the conversation and quickly moves the conversation to the next step - asks for a phone number to contact the manager

The client asks about the price and manufacturer, and the bot does not give a “price out of the blue”, but explains the logic of the calculation and transfers the request to the manager for an accurate calculation

What did the client receive?
As a result, BelSnab received a chatbot that automatically processes incoming requests and helps turn them into leads with a phone number. The bot relieves managers of repetitive initial questions, explains to the client why a manager is needed for accurate calculations, and transfers warmer requests to work on.
As a result, requests from the website, Avito and messaging apps do not go unanswered, and the manual load on primary processing is noticeably reduced
